TheraBand Soft Weights
Product Details
TheraBand Soft Weights offer a comfortable alternative to conventional dumbbells, particularly for people who find gripping a traditional weight difficult. Their soft, spherical shape sits naturally in the hand and can be used for a wide variety of one or two-handed exercises.
Suitable for strengthening, toning, balance work, mobilisation and sport-specific training, the weights can also be incorporated into rehabilitation programmes. The flexible design encourages functional grip strength while making the weight comfortable to hold during repeated movements.
Each ball has a durable PVC outer shell filled with steel and polypropylene pellets. Unlike a solid dumbbell, the soft construction helps reduce the risk of injury or damage if the weight is accidentally dropped, making it particularly practical for home and therapy environments.
Six progressive weights are available from 0.5kg to 3kg, with different colours making the resistance levels easy to distinguish. Each weight is available individually, with a complete set of six also available subject to availability.
