The Harley Mattress Foam Tilter provides a simple, non-invasive way to elevate either the head or foot of a mattress to help improve comfort while resting or sleeping. Positioned beneath the mattress, it creates a gentle incline without affecting the feel of the sleeping surface, making it suitable for long-term use at home.
Placed beneath the head end of the mattress, the tilter can help relieve symptoms associated with hiatus hernia and respiratory conditions by encouraging a more elevated sleeping position. Positioned beneath the foot end, it can help reduce discomfort caused by oedema, varicose veins, tired legs and some forms of lower back pain by encouraging improved circulation.
Made from supportive foam, the tilter provides a stable incline while remaining lightweight and easy to position. It is supplied with a soft fleece cover that can be removed for washing, helping to maintain comfort and hygiene. For complete mattress support, two tilters are recommended for a single bed and three for a double bed.

Hurlston Posted on 04/06/2026 14:06:47Just out of hospital after major opp on left leg I need to keep leg elevated to reduce swelling the mattress tilter works very well as I don't get into bed but lay on the top the mattress tilter is on top of the bed with a pillow on top and my legs on top of that. -

It helped with that, but mum stator poorly as she slid down the bed. So I put one at the top and one at the bottom. This helps the reflux, mum no longer slides down the bed and it helps her poor circulation and her aching legs. -
