The Glide Sheet Easi-Mover is manufactured from two layers of low-friction fabric that slide smoothly over one another, creating an effective transfer surface. This helps reduce resistance when repositioning or transferring a person in bed, into a wheelchair or onto a chair, while minimising friction against the skin.
By requiring less physical effort to move the user, the glide sheet helps reduce the strain placed on carers and lowers the risk of manual handling injuries. It is suitable for a wide range of care environments, including hospitals, care homes and domestic settings, and can be machine washed for convenient everyday use.
Available in four sizes, the Glide Sheet Easi-Mover can be selected to suit different users and transfer requirements.
