Weighing just 1.1kg, it is suitable for both independent users and carers who need a stable bridge between two surfaces. The curved shape offers excellent versatility, allowing safe movement in both lateral and frontal transfers, including situations where chair arms or awkward angles are involved.
Made from strong birch ply, the board is surprisingly robust for its light build and supports users up to 190kg (30 stone). Anti-slip strips on the underside help keep it securely in place during use, while the lacquered finish ensures a smooth, low-friction surface that is easy to glide across. The two integrated hand grips make positioning, carrying and storage simple. Its durable, easy-clean and anti-bacterial finish also makes it ideal for regular use in home or care environments.
