In the event of a power failure or when CPR is required, it ensures continued patient comfort and support. Ideal for hospital, nursing, and care home environments, the underlay plays a crucial role in maintaining safety and pressure relief during emergencies.

It features a multi-stretch, vapour-permeable PU cover that’s both water-resistant and antimicrobial, promoting hygiene while remaining soft and comfortable. The cover is machine washable and suitable for low-temperature tumble drying, while the foam can be autoclaved for high-level disinfection. The white underside helps easily distinguish the mattress orientation during setup.

Certified to BS7177: Crib 5, the Alerta Sensaflex Underlay is compliant with fire safety standards, making it a reliable and essential component of patient care.
