The Propad Premier Pressure Care Mattress Overlay is designed to sit on top of a standard mattress, providing a clinically effective, high-risk pressure care solution. Lightweight and versatile, it is particularly suited for home care settings, delivering reliable comfort and protection for those who spend extended periods in bed.

The foam core is made up of independent, geometrically cut surface cells. Larger cells in the centre and smaller cells at the ends ensure even weight distribution, helping to cradle bony prominences and reduce peak pressure. This innovative design also minimises shear and friction, improving user comfort and safety.

The overlay is supplied with a multi-stretch, vapour-permeable, and water-resistant cover that protects against spills and helps maintain skin integrity. The cover has a white underside for easy inspection to assist with infection control, while an anti-slip base prevents the overlay from shifting during use.
