The Corus 3000 Pressure Relief Mattress is designed to help reduce the risk of pressure ulcers by distributing weight more evenly across the body. Its contoured surface supports the user in a way that relieves pressure from vulnerable areas such as the heels, hips, and lower back, making it suitable for those at very high risk of developing pressure sores.
The mattress features a 3-zone castellated foam top layer, which allows different parts of the body to sink in at different levels, helping to reduce shear and improve comfort. The firm foam base layer provides stability and support, helping the mattress keep its shape over time.
For hygiene and durability, the Corus 3000 is fitted with a waterproof, vapour-permeable PU cover that is easy to wipe clean. The concealed zip on three sides helps prevent fluid ingress and allows for easy access when cleaning or inspecting the interior.
