The Dyna-Form Mercury Advance Trolley Mattress has been developed for use on patient trolleys in busy acute and emergency care environments. Designed for patients at very high risk of pressure ulcer development, it combines advanced foam technology with optional dynamic pressure therapy, making it well suited to situations where patients may remain on a trolley for extended periods.

The mattress functions as a high-performance foam support surface during normal use but can be upgraded to a dynamic alternating system when clinically required by connecting the compatible power unit. As a patient's condition improves, it can be returned to foam mode, reducing the need to transfer patients between different support surfaces and helping minimise moving and handling risks.

A supportive foam base with fixed head cells helps maintain stability around the head and shoulders, while the automatic pressure adjustment function tailors dynamic pressures to the patient's weight for effective pressure redistribution and comfort. A static mode is also available for patient transfers, nursing procedures and cleaning.

Designed for demanding healthcare environments, the mattress features a welded, multi-stretch Dartex® cover that is vapour permeable and compatible with hypochlorite cleaning solutions to support infection control protocols. All major components are interchangeable and replaceable, extending the service life of the mattress while reducing maintenance costs and environmental impact.

The system includes visual LED alerts to warn of low pressure or system faults, while a CPR valve allows rapid deflation in around 10 seconds during emergency situations. With a maximum user weight of 254kg (40 st) and no minimum weight requirement, the Dyna-Form Mercury Advance Trolley Mattress is suitable for a wide range of patients.
