The Permaflex ST Pressure Relief Mattress combines advanced foam engineering with clinical-grade comfort to deliver outstanding pressure redistribution and durability for users at high risk of developing pressure ulcers. Built for performance and reliability, it provides exceptional support across the entire body, helping to maintain healthy skin integrity while ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep.

At its core, the mattress features a precision-cut castellated foam surface with zonal pressure redistribution areas that adapt to the body’s contours. This design enhances weight distribution, relieves pressure on vulnerable areas such as the shoulders, hips, and heels, and promotes airflow to reduce heat build-up — a key factor in maintaining skin health.

Encased in a PU multi-stretch, water-resistant, and vapour-permeable cover, the Permaflex ST allows the surface to move with the user’s body, minimising shear and friction. The stitched seams provide strength and longevity, while a 270° zip with a protective flap ensures easy inspection and cleaning without compromising infection control. The top cover’s white inner substrate makes it easy to spot any early signs of wear, strike-through, or fluid ingress.

With a user weight capacity of 190 kg (30 st), the Permaflex ST delivers reliable performance across a wide range of users. It is X-ray translucent, Crib 5 fire retardant, and machine washable up to 95°C, meeting stringent infection control and safety requirements. Available in both single and double sizes, it offers versatility for individual and shared care environments.
