The pressure-sensitive sensor mat can be placed directly on top of the mattress or hidden discreetly beneath the bed sheet, ensuring comfort is not compromised. When movement is detected, the connected monitor emits an audible alarm and a clear visual warning. Once the user returns to bed, the system automatically resets, ready for continued monitoring without manual intervention.

Connected via a 2 metre breakaway cord, the system is designed with safety in mind. The monitor functions as a standalone alarm unit but can also be connected to a mono nurse call system, making it suitable for both home care and professional care environments. For added flexibility, the monitor can be powered by either mains electricity or batteries, and includes multiple alarm tones with adjustable volume to suit different settings.
