The AmpliDECT 295 COMBI Photo ID Telephone provides a flexible home phone system designed for users who benefit from clearer sound, easy-to-see controls and simple operation. It combines a corded base unit with an answering machine and a cordless DECT handset that can be carried anywhere in the home, offering convenience as well as safety for people who may struggle to reach a ringing phone quickly.
The base unit includes three large Photo ID memory buttons that can be customised with pictures of family members or important contacts, making it easier for users with memory difficulties or reduced vision to dial key numbers. Both the base and the cordless handset feature large buttons, illuminated displays and a talking caller ID function to assist those with visual or dexterity limitations.
For users with hearing loss, the system provides a receiving volume of up to 30dB along with tone adjustment and full hearing aid compatibility. A visual ring indicator is also built into both the base and handset. The integrated answering machine offers up to 30 minutes of recording time, with the option to retrieve messages remotely using a secure access code.
