The Integrity H Bariatric Pressure Cushion provides pressure redistribution and postural support for heavier users considered at high risk of pressure damage. With a maximum user weight of 177kg (28 st), it offers a static pressure care solution for use on suitable wheelchairs, armchairs and other seating without the need for a pump or powered system.
A contoured layer of viscoelastic foam forms the upper surface of the cushion, adapting to the seated body and spreading weight across a wider contact area. This helps reduce concentrated pressure around vulnerable points during prolonged periods of sitting. A firmer, denser foam underneath gives the cushion a supportive foundation and helps guard against bottoming out under increased loads.
Practicality in different care environments is addressed through a choice of three covers. The Wipeable cover offers an easily maintained surface where spills or incontinence may be an issue, while the Towelling option provides a softer, absorbent finish. Alternatively, the 100% polyester Spacer cover allows heat and water vapour to disperse through its layered construction for greater breathability.
Three cushion sizes are available to accommodate different seating requirements, with each version supporting up to 177kg (28 st). A non-slip underside helps reduce unwanted movement of the cushion once positioned on the seat, while clear risk and weight labelling assists with product identification in professional care settings.
