Specifically designed for the elderly or less able individuals, who may suffer from a range of conditions that have led to a weakened grip, or a limited or resticted range of motion in the wrist, the Integrale range of cutlery has a large rounded handle that fits perfectly into the palm of the hand. This makes it very easy to hold, but also allows it to be used in a wide range of positions, improving control. The elevated handle ensures the cutlery can be picked up easily, whilst the slightly flattened bottom means it stays in place when not in use.  to give people with gripping difficulties and limited wrist range of motion more confidence at the table.
