Review by W Jennie Posted on 29/01/2015 12:31:06After a long search I bought this cordless electric mini kettle for my 83 yr old mum who has limited use of her right arm so found a conventional kettle difficult to lift - and was using her left hand (not safe!). She absolutely loves this kettle - can easily use it with her right hand. the mini kettle swivels to use with either hand, has a water gauge on both sides, is easy to fill without opening the lid and is of excellent quality.a bit expensive compared to a standard kettle but worth every penny to reduce the risk of an accident. Fantastic service - the first order via royal mail never arrived but when I contacted customer service they immediately sent out another one by courier which arrived the next day. Would highly recommend using essential aids. -

She has found it to be exactly what she needed - she lives on her own so only needs to boil a small amount of water. She can also pick up and fill the kettle with no problem. Recommended. -
