This one is very well designed and the balance is just right. I feel confident now. Please note that you will need a non slip mat as well otherwise the smooth surface will allow things to slide. I suggest a silicone mat . -

The first one I bought about 20 years ago for my father, who had parkinson's disease, which I now use myself. This second one was for a friend who had expressed what a great idea a one-handled tray is.
