This versatile Food Preparation Board is designed primarily for those with reduced wrist or hand function.
Made from sustainable rubberwood, it features a stainless steel coarse and fine grater, a peeler/slicer and an integral collection bowl.
Upturned spikes keep food items securely in place to be sliced up.
The board is for those with a weakened grip or those who have limited function in one of their hands.
Stroke survivors often find it of benefit.
Rubber feet on the base prevent the Food Preparation Board from sliding on hard surfaces.
