    Very sharp and seems to be well made. I've got ra and i've been having increasing difficulty with cutting up various foods. So far, i've used this on steaks ( like cutting butter), bread ( thin slices and thick ) and carrots ( ok but I prefer a smaller knife for vegetables ). The handle is comfortable. I'm really pleased with this knife.

    I bought this whilst I was on this site looking for a particular knife. I am so pleased I ordered it. I have never found anything of this size so easy to work with. I have struggled over the years with ordinary long handled knives - without much success. This is a game changer for me.

    This knife is sharp and light, great for painful or weak hands. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I found my wrist ached after using it.
