The Apollo Morpheus Turn Dynamic Mattress is designed to provide advanced pressure care for individuals at very high risk of pressure damage. Combining alternating pressure therapy with automatic lateral turning, it helps redistribute pressure, reduce the need for manual repositioning and support comfortable, effective care in hospitals, care homes and community settings.

Unlike a conventional dynamic mattress, the Morpheus Turn features programmable left and right turning functions of up to 18°, helping to reduce prolonged pressure on vulnerable areas. Caregivers can choose full-turn, left-turn or right-turn modes, with adjustable turning intervals from 10 minutes to 4 hours, allowing therapy to be tailored to individual clinical needs while helping minimise overnight disturbance.

The mattress incorporates 27 individual 10cm air cells that deliver both alternating pressure and constant low-pressure therapy. Six dedicated lateral support cells maintain effective turning performance, even when the bed is profiled, while an integrated 5cm foam base provides additional stability and reassurance should the system lose power.

A turn assist function also helps make nursing procedures, personal care and repositioning easier, supporting both users and carers during everyday care routines.
