The Partnership Active Mattress with Pump 250 provides an innovative solution for users at high risk of developing pressure ulcers who wish to continue sharing a bed with their partner. Combining alternating air cell technology with a supportive viscoelastic foam section, it delivers effective pressure redistribution for one user while maintaining comfort and support for the other.

The mattress is divided into two distinct sections. One side features ten independently controlled alternating air cells that inflate and deflate on a 10-minute cycle to help relieve pressure and promote healthy blood flow to vulnerable areas. The other side comprises a viscoelastic foam mattress surface, providing a comfortable and supportive sleeping area for a partner who does not require active pressure care.

This unique design helps maintain normal sleeping arrangements and quality of life without compromising on pressure management. The system is particularly suitable for users at high risk of pressure ulcer development or those requiring pressure relief as part of a care plan.

The mattress includes electronic pressure control, a timed static mode and a CPR quick-release facility for emergency situations. Foam side walls aid support and stability, while the removable cell structure simplifies cleaning, maintenance and decontamination. The welded four-way stretch polyurethane cover is vapour permeable, water resistant and easy to clean, supporting high standards of hygiene and infection control.
