The Quattro Plus Airflow Mattress provides active pressure care through a 1-in-4 alternating cycle, supporting 75% of the body on three inflated cells while the fourth deflates. This regular change in support redistributes pressure and encourages tissue reperfusion, while the high proportion of inflated cells can make movement of the support surface less noticeable.

TISSUEgard™ allows partial immersion and envelopment within the mattress, helping reduce pressure against the skin and minimise the pressure difference between inflated and deflated cells. Ortho-Differential Support complements this with firmer mattress edges to provide additional stability during transfers and a softer central area for comfortable positioning.

A multi-stretch PU-coated nylon cover accommodates movement of the air cells beneath. The system has no stated minimum user weight and supports users weighing up to 200kg (31 st), with Narrow, Standard and Long mattress configurations available for different bed dimensions.

The refreshed control unit places the LCD screen, inputs and essential controls on the top panel for easier operation. Fewer connection points, inserts and crevices also simplify cleaning, while an NFC tag provides access to control unit information and servicing details can be viewed through the system information function. The CPR function has also been improved to allow significantly faster mattress deflation when required.
